Abbas Afridi made his List A debut in 2018, but it was his T20 introduction in the PSL that propelled him into the spotlight of Pakistan cricket. He topped the wickets chart in the 2023 PSL, claiming 23 wickets, and immediately entered contention for the national side.

Abbas Afridi received his T20I debut for Pakistan against New Zealand in early 2024, capitalizing on injuries to several frontline quicks. While his knack for wicket-taking remained evident, his high T20I economy rate-9.26 after ten matches-has been a concern. Despite this, Abbas Afridi made the T20 World Cup squad in 2024, though he did not feature until Pakistan’s elimination. Details on Abbas Afridi age, height, wife, and net worth continue to draw interest as his international profile grows, while Abbas Afridi stats in PSL and for Pakistan underline his status as a key fast-bowling prospect.
